We'll build charcuterie boards worthy of a feast, flip pancakes without sending them to the floor, whip up guacamole from scratch, build our own English muffin pizzas, and face our biggest challenge yet: the Mystery Basket, where everything we've learned comes together in one final delicious dish. Along the way, there's plenty of tasting, a little bit of mess, and a lot of pride in a plate made with your own two hands. (Additional $60)

From food-based building challenges to creative snacks, students will explore their imagination while learning that food can be both delicious and fun! Projects include designing a cake, gingerbread houses, fruit sculptures, engineering with waffles and more!

Book Club: Dear reader,

Enter the castle gates with us as we uncover Kate DiCamillo's timeless classic, The Tale of Despereaux! This session, readers of all ages will gather to speak of soup, sunlight, thread, and noble quests. We'll act out scenes with shadow puppets, chart our way through dungeon mazes, craft medieval treasures, and dig into rich discussion together. Along the way, we'll explore what it means to love music, face the dark, practice profound forgiveness, and find courage in unexpected places.

Step inside - a grand adventure awaits!
